I'm supposed to be arriving at London Heathrow Airport some time around NOW, but I'm stuck here because my visa was rejected. All because some fucker decided that my Mum's bank account statement was not recent enough (it was dated 30 Nov 2009). Apparently, it's got to be within 28 days from the date of application or some ridiculous riff-raff like that.
So now, I'm missing the first week of school. My parents are pumping thousands of dollars into your economy (which, by the way, is currently in a recession), so it might actually be smart to not be such an asshole to people like me.
On the other hand, I'm somewhat grateful for more time with family & friends. :)
