HELLO.

Suddenly, I find myself in the position of Team Commander, a 3SG to boot.

It's really not as easy as most people thought, and I'm doing my best to recall how I felt about my sergeants when I was a recruit/trainee so that I can hopefully learn from their actions.

Force level response this week, and I'm worried because I'm afraid I might bungle up in front of my men. I was never the best at force response, though I was never the worst either, but I just feel like I have to at least be a notch up from my men - otherwise I wouldn't be doing justice to my rank.

ARGH.

Oh, and by the way, 'A's are coming up in about 2 months. :S
